From research to insight. From insight to product.
We research human behaviour, cultural trends and changes in digital markets, bringing this knowledge into product decisions. Gelecek Teknoloji focuses on market and gaming analytics, digital product development, creative artificial intelligence tools and industrial software platforms.
Research helps us understand why people adopt a product, which needs are emerging and how platforms influence these changes. We turn this experience into mobile and web experiences, content creation tools, corporate assistants and software that supports decisions on site. We treat product design, software and research as parts of the same development process.

Understanding people. Turning possibility into products.
Research, product development and creative production are parts of the same learning process. We examine emerging needs in digital markets, bringing this knowledge into the products people use, content tools and business decisions.

Looking for the need behind a trend.
A product's future is shaped by what interests people, what they use repeatedly and which needs it meets. We compare signals spanning app and gaming ecosystems, content, social platforms and digital commerce. Downloads, engagement, repeat use, revenue models, search intent and diffusion are evaluated in relation to one another, rather than in isolation.
Researchers' cultural and behavioural interpretation comes together with statistical analysis and machine learning in the same work. The aim is to distinguish temporary activity from emerging demand and clarify which assumptions product, growth and strategy teams should test. Usage feedback returns to research after a product has been developed.
Our research tool development work spans research questions, source and methodology plans, interview guides, branching survey design and initial user flows. In these tools under development, hypotheses, findings and assumptions that have not yet been tested are considered separately.
From the same data to different product decisions.
Market analytics reads demand, content and product performance indicators from different digital ecosystems together. Rising categories, platform distribution dynamics and changing user interest help identify new opportunities and areas to monitor.
Gaming analytics goes deeper into game mechanics, genre development, player behaviour, revenue models and competition. Research outputs clarify the market context in which a game idea or design decision should be evaluated. Automation for mobile product release preparation, distribution and feeding performance data back into the product is also a development focus.
- Markets and demand
- Category movements, platform effects, product performance and emerging needs.
- Games and players
- Mechanics, genre momentum, player behaviour, competition and revenue models.
- Back to the product
- Concept evaluation, design priorities and assumptions to test.
Turning an idea into a usable experience.
Needs identified through research become decisions about information architecture, screen flows, visual systems and interactions. In web projects, the data model, API connections, authentication and application states are part of development alongside the interface. Planning, design, code and review consider the product's appearance and operation together.
For mobile experiences, iOS and Android usage patterns, accessibility, component consistency and transitions between screens are evaluated. Landing pages are designed by considering the target audience, value proposition, advertising message, visitor objections and next step together. The approach to variants and measurement defines from the outset how the experience will be evaluated.
One production's output becomes another's starting point.
In creative production, an idea brings together its visual language, motion, sound and intended medium. Starting from a written brief and references, decisions about subject, composition, lighting, character and style are developed. Variation, editing and reuse are considered continuations of the same creative idea.
In video work, the script is broken down into scenes, camera and pacing decisions, first and last frames, and sound direction. Motion loops and frame sequence are central to animation; topology, materials and intended use to three-dimensional assets; direction sets, transparency and sprite arrangements to game visuals. Voiceover, music, effects and timecoded subtitles complete the visual narrative.
From a single image to a coherent family of assets.
A browser game, a 360-degree environment, a terrain map and a game character require different technical outputs. Gameplay loops and difficulty, environmental lighting and spherical views, height and texture maps for terrain, and poses and motion sequences for characters are separate areas of decision. We evaluate tools through these differences in use.
In design for printed and physical products, book covers, packaging, labels and graphics applied to products are considered together with dimensions, layout, cutting, folding and bleed areas. Comics, colouring work, patterns, stickers, vectors and icons allow the same brand or narrative language to continue in different forms. In spatial design, concepts, material boards and visualisation serve to develop the design idea.
The right question comes before the chart.
Are we explaining a comparison, change over time, a distribution or a flow? Data structure, target readers and the context of use are the starting points for chart selection. Titles, annotations, emphasis and visual hierarchy help make the relationships between numbers understandable.
Data stories, infographics and management dashboards are different outputs. A data story presents a finding in context; an infographic explains relationships such as a timeline or process; a management dashboard organises indicators and the decision sequence according to the user's role. For screens using live data, data connections and application development are planned alongside interface design.
Putting knowledge to work in daily operations.
In the corporate assistant approach, knowledge in documents, spreadsheets, databases and business applications is connected to departments' questions and tasks. User and role arrangements, multilingual questions and answers, scenario evaluation and recurring workflows are considered together. Usage and feedback data help reveal how teams adopt the solution.
In industrial platforms, APIs, IoT and historical records come together in a common data structure. Predictive models, digital twins and operational scenarios are built on data preparation. In mining, planning, fleet, maintenance, stockpiles, environmental and financial assessment are considered as interdependent decisions within the same operation.
Approaching new technologies through concrete questions of use.
Remote sensing is a research area that considers Earth observation, LiDAR and hyperspectral imaging together with ground sensors. Design strategies for small satellite constellations examine the connection between information obtained from space and analysis on the ground. Quantum work focuses on hybrid architectures, readiness roadmaps and quantum-secure communications.
Security and emergency layers in smart cities, battery integration at critical facilities, modular data centre designs with energy efficiency in mind, and VR/AR interfaces are other areas of our advanced technology work. We assess these areas according to their respective research, design and consulting requirements.
Creative fields and their outputs.
The output format is determined together with the medium in which the work will be used. Production, design and implementation requirements differ across fields.
